The following terms and conditions apply in all cases:

• Deposit £20 per person per week or part week.
• Sorry no pets.
• Young people over 16 years old charged adult rate.
• We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time.
• Reservations begin from 1.30 pm on day of arrival.
• Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
• Clarendon Lodge is strictly non smoking and bookings are taken on that understanding.
• We cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items and cars are parked at the owner`s risk.

Should you have to cancel or shorten your stay, you may be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make, therefore we recommend guests take advantage of travel/holiday insurance.

Our charges for cancellation recommended by Holidayplan insurance are as follows:

• 13 - 7 days cancellation 65% liability of holiday.
• 6 - 1 day advance cancellation 80% liability of holiday.
• Cancellation or no show on day of arrival or later 100% cancellation charge.
